Cancellation & Weather Policy

At Mid-Missouri Tanking, your safety is our top priority. We closely monitor weather and river conditions before every trip to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Customer Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible.

Reservations canceled by the customer are non-refundable. However, we will issue a Trip Credit for the full amount paid. Your Trip Credit can be used on any future date with available reservations.

Weather & River Conditions

If Mid-Missouri Tanking determines that weather or river conditions are unsafe, we may postpone or cancel trips for everyone’s safety.

If we cancel your trip due to unsafe conditions, you may choose either:

• A full refund, or
• A Trip Credit for a future reservation.

Rescheduling

Trip Credits never lose value and may be used toward any available reservation. Simply contact us to schedule another adventure.
